We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ (Conga/Apttus) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Conga (formerly Apttus) CPQ solutions integrated with Salesforce Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring CPQ applications, managing pricing and product catalogs, and integrating Salesforce with SAP and other enterprise systems to deliver scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Conga (Apttus) CPQ solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and support CPQ modules including Product Catalog, Pricing, Discounts, Promotions, Customer Master, and Order Management.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable CPQ solutions.
• Design, validate, configure, and deploy Salesforce and Conga applications across development, test, and production environments.
• Support Salesforce Sales Cloud and ensure seamless integration with CPQ processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, architects, and technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation and support user training.
