Job purpose
The Psychiatric APRN is responsible for supporting the Director of Psychiatry in the delivery of an effective, efficient, and high-quality program of psychiatric services to both adult and pediatric patient populations. This role includes the provision of comprehensive psychopharmacological services, integration of primary care and behavioral health services, coordination with outpatient and community-based resources, and collaboration with the broader medical community. The Psychiatric APRN will actively participate in team-based care, provide consultation as needed, and contribute to the advancement of a patient-centered, integrated care model that aligns with Heartland Community Health Center's mission of improving access and health outcomes for all patients.
The Psychiatric APRN shall report directly to the Director of Psychiatry or their designee. Performance evaluations shall be conducted in accordance with Heartland Community Health Center's personnel policies, no less than annually, by the Director of Psychiatry or their designee. The Psychiatric APRN shall receive clinical supervision from the Director of Psychiatry and is expected to collaborate effectively with administrative leadership, clinical teams, and support staff to ensure the delivery of coordinated, compliant, and high-quality care.

Schedule: Full-time, exempt
Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or as needed to meet the demands of the role
Patient-facing hours are expected to be maintained at a minimum of 32 hours per week
Location: Heartland Community Health Center and Heartland at Panda Pediatrics
Work schedule and location may be adjusted by supervisor(s) as necessary to ensure the effective completion of job responsibilities
