- APRN: Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- PA-C (Physician Associate): Masters degree from an PA-accredited Physician Assistant program.
Licensure, Certification, Registration
- Unencumbered New Hampshire APRN or PA-C license.
- National certification in relevant specialty (APRN) or NCCPA (PA-C).
- Eligible for or current DEA license.
Experience
Prior primary care experience required.
