Role focus

  • Own APQP deliverables: craft control and inspection plans, lead FMEA/PFMEA, compile PPAP and FAIR
  • Drive process and product non-conformance reduction with actionable analytics and reporting
  • Lead MRB and RCCA to institutionalize continuous improvement
  • Interface with customers, suppliers, and production teams to validate quality requirements
  • Plan and execute audits: internal documentation, part, process, product, supplier, and customer
  • Mentor colleagues and elevate quality practices across functions

Your background

  • ASQ CQE or two-year engineering-related degree with 5+ years in manufacturing quality (or equivalent mix)
  • Experience in Battery Production, Machining, and/or Electronic Assembly & harnessing preferred
  • Strong ethics, facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership capabilities
  • Data-driven decision-maker with trend analysis expertise
  • Clear, concise communicator; adept at executive-level presentations
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP (Infor Syteline, SAP) and planning tools
  • Expert user of CAD/CAE or other high-density data interfaces
  • SharePoint and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) power user; advanced Excel required
  • Travel flexibility: 10%–25% as needs dictate
