Expect tight timelines, deep cross‑functional collaboration, and a heavy focus on risk mitigation and supplier alignment.Must-Have Skills5+ years of relevant APQP / Quality Engineering experienceStrong hands‑on experience with PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPCAbility to lead cross‑functional teams and drive risk mitigationExperience ensuring compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirementsStrong statistical analysis capabilitiesProven experience working with suppliers on quality system and process complianceCUI Training eligibility and completionAbility to read/interpret drawings, procedures, BOMs, FAI, and contractsTechnical or Engineering Degree (required)Key ResponsibilitiesLead APQP Lite activities: PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC for submissionIdentify risks and drive mitigation strategiesTrack corrective actions from initiation through implementationParticipate in design and product reviews ensuring producibility, reliability, safetyConduct benchmarking and analyze process capability dataSupport corrective actions to address nonconformanceInterested?
