- Configure and enhance dashboards, reports, and user interfaces to support finance, technology, and business stakeholders.
- Partner closely with the TBM Office, Service Financial team, Portfolio Management Office, and Technology teams to translate business and financial requirements into scalable Apptio solutions.
- Import, transform, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems of record (e.g., General Ledger, ServiceNow, Asset Management, Procurement, Cloud platforms) in alignment with data governance standards.
- Operationalize recurring data load validation and certification processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and auditability of financial data.
- Support planning and forecasting processes within Apptio Planning, including cost driver modeling, scenario analysis, and variance analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of platform performance, data quality, and model design.
- Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on Apptio best practices.
- Support Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint execution, and release management.
#### Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Apptio Costing and/or Planning modules.
- Strong understanding of Technology Business Management (TBM) concepts and IT financial management principles.
- Proven ability to model financial and operational data within Apptio.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, and data validation.
- Experience analyzing large, complex datasets and presenting clear, concise insights.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and organizational levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in an Agile or SAFe environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical and financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
