Apprentice and Lead Carpenter

Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or in a related carpentry trade.
Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of applicable building codes and safety standards.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Physical ability to lift, carry, climb, bend, and perform construction-related activities.

Install and finish doors, windows, trim, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, millwork, and other architectural woodwork.
Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate installation and project compliance.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to project requirements.
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely and effectively.
Perform custom finish carpentry work while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, finish, and functionality.
Repair, modify, or replace damaged finish materials as necessary.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
Ensure projects are completed within established timelines while meeting quality expectations.
