Rating:

Eligible and qualified applicants will be evaluated through a structured interview based on the competencies listed below. The interview will be conducted by subject matter expert(s) of the position as a formal assessment.

Manages and Organizes Information -Identifies a need; gathers, organizes, and maintains information; determines its importance and accuracy, and communicates it by a variety of methods.

Problem Solving - Identifies and analyzes problems; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; generates and evaluates alternative solutions; makes recommendations.

Financial Analysis- Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to interpret quantitative and qualitative data; includes data modeling, earned value management, and evaluating key financial indicators, trends, and historical data.

Real Estate - Knowledge of real estate principles, practices, markets, and values.

To be considered for final selection, applicants must demonstrate highly qualified experience in these designated competencies during the structured interview.
