Additional duties involve handling documentation, preparing engagement letters, obtaining quotes, maintaining records, supporting compliance, processing invoices, uploading reports, and assisting with training and special cases.
The ideal candidate has a two-year degree or equivalent training, at least four years of administrative experience (preferably in banking), and knowledge of bank operations. They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, accurate typing, and professional correspondence are essential.
