What You'll Be DoingWake County Tax Administration is looking for a Real Property Appraisal Manager to join our team. Join a dynamic team of collaborative leaders and take your career to the next level!The Appraisal Manager reports to the Appraisal Director and works in collaboration with other Appraisal Managers to manage staff and work processes of the real property appraisal division . As a Real Property Appraisal Manager , you will:Oversee the daily duties of real estate senior appraisers, appraisers, appraiser associates and support staff within the real property appraisal division of the Tax AdministrationSpecialize in managing the detailed work and research necessary for annual listing and valuation of the commercial new construction and associated processes.
