Housebuildr – Appointment Setter (Sales Development)

Role Overview

Housebuildr is hiring disciplined, high-energy Appointment Setters to generate and qualify appointments for our sales team. This role is the front line of revenue and is designed for people who want a clear path into closing and leadership.

You will be speaking with homeowners, following a proven script, and booking qualified appointments into the calendar. No guessing. No freelancing. Just execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided leads

  • Follow Housebuildr-approved scripts and talk tracks

  • Qualify homeowners and book appointments accurately

  • Handle basic objections and control the conversation

  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows

  • Log all activity and notes correctly in the CRM

  • Hit daily and weekly activity and appointment targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills

  • Coachable, competitive, and consistent

  • Comfortable with repetition and performance metrics

  • Ability to take feedback and apply it quickly

  • Reliable schedule and professional attitude

Sales or call-center experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.

Compensation

  • Pay per set appointment with performance bonuses
