Appointment Setter Insurance Agency (Part - Time)

Our Norman agency is looking for a driven, energetic appointment setter to support our sales agents by booking quality appointments with warm leads. You'll help the team stay booked, productive, and on track.

Work Schedule is Monday - Thursday 9:30 pm - 3:30PM

Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Call warm leads from our CRM and schedule quotes
• Confirm daily calendars for sales agents
• Follow up on internet and referral leads
• Make outbound calls for remarketing and re-engagement

• Confident phone voice and upbeat personality
• Fast learner and coachable
• Previous call center or sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a bonus
