YOUR ROLE AS OUR APPOINTMENT SETTER - INSIDE SALES REP

As our Appointment Setter - Inside Sales Rep, you'll be the voice connecting homeowners to the solutions they urgently need. In this structured, performance-focused environment, you will:

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments
• Engage prospects with confidence and empathy
• Identify needs, handle basic objections, and maintain natural conversations
• Document accurately in our CRM
• Partner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs

Expect 20–30+ calls per hour, clear goals, and a predictable structure designed for your success.

• Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Friday: Optional 2:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
