COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20.00/hour + Cash Incentive Bonuses
• Preferred Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Alternate Schedule Available: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 100% Onsite Position

ROLE IMPACT
The Appointment Setter / SDR plays a key role in driving business growth through outbound prospecting and appointment-setting activities. This position supports both internal lead generation efforts and client campaigns by connecting with decision-makers, building relationships, and generating qualified meetings.
New hires will begin by setting appointments for the company's internal sales initiatives before transitioning to client-facing campaigns. This structured approach provides valuable training while ensuring a high-quality experience for customers and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound B2B prospecting and appointment-setting activities
• Generate qualified meetings for internal and client sales campaigns
• Build rapport with decision-makers across a variety of industries
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and call dispositions within CRM and dialer systems
• Follow established lead generation and qualification processes
• Represent the organization professionally during all customer interactions
• Consistently achieve appointment-setting goals while maintaining quality conversations
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
• Make approximately 150 outbound calls per day
• Set 12–15 qualified appointments per week
• Average 2–3 appointments scheduled per day
• Focus on relationship-building and meaningful conversations
• Maintain strong attendance and productivity metrics

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous SDR, BDR, appointment-setting, inside sales, or outbound calling experience preferred
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional phone presence
• Ability to work in a structured onsite sales environment
• Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with CRM systems and dialer technology
• Background in B2B sales or lead generation
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to quickly learn new sales processes and technologies
