Pay & Earning Potential:• $16/hour base pay• $50 commission for every appointment that shows• Setters averaging 3 qualified shows per day are on pace to earn approximately:– $5,500–$7,000+ per month– $65,000–$85,000+ per year OTE• Uncapped commission structure.
