What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver transformational and continuous‑improvement IT projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget execution
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Applications Team (Systems Analysts, Business Analysts, Application Developers)
- Partner with business leaders to understand requirements and ensure systems and processes support company strategy
- Oversee project planning, scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
- Track deliverables, communicate progress, and present updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders
- Ensure high‑quality design, development, and maintenance of enterprise software and applications
- Manage the IT project portfolio, balancing short‑ and long‑term initiatives and evaluating new opportunities
- Support completion of IT‑related Major Objectives (goals) and provide recommendations to decision‑makers
- Research and evaluate new ERP, application, and business‑solution technologies to improve efficiency
- Review vendor offerings, attend demos/webinars, and contribute to the strategic IT roadmap
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 10+ years of experience with ERP or transactional systems in manufacturing
- Demonstrated success as a project or team leader
- Experience with:
- Oracle E‑Business Suite (Workflow, Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher)
- Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Salesforce CRM/CPQ
- Microsoft Power BI
- Workato
- Snowflake
- Strong project management skills
- Outstanding organization, communication, and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle differing opinions and resolve conflict professionally while upholding The Placon Way
