The company values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and long-term customer relationships.Job DescriptionAct as the technical point of contact for customer and sales inquiries. Review applications and recommend appropriate product configurations. Prepare technical specifications, quotations, and submittals. Support pre- and post-sale activities, including troubleshooting and sizing. Liaise with engineering and production to support custom solutions. Assist with site visits, start-ups, and occasional trade show participation.
