Applications Engineer Department: Applications Engineering Location: Farmington, CT
This position is responsible for providing technical application assistance and clarification for customers, Sales and Customer Relations personnel. Primary tasks include:
• Product selection for customer applications • Project management for product modifications or new assemblies • Testing and trouble shooting customer applications
The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform the following:
• Serve as the primary technical communication link with customers to ensure customer needs are met. • Review customer specifications to assist the customer and Customer Relations in defining the proper air-moving device for specific applications. • Provide application assistance to Sales personnel and customers. • Provide technical clarification of communications and documentation for or to our factories and regional sales offices, distributors, Customer Relations and customers.
