Job Details

Key Responsibilities
ERP & Enterprise Applications Leadership
Own the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the Infor XA ERP environment.
Partner with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations to optimize ERP functionality and improve business processes.
Lead ERP support, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and complex issue resolution.
Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, security, and compliance with internal controls.
Establish effective governance, change management, and prioritization processes for enterprise application initiatives.
Improve user adoption through effective training, documentation, communication, and ongoing support.
Develop and lead the ERP roadmap, including the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a future ERP platform.
Define and execute an enterprise applications strategy aligned with long-term business objectives and growth.
Evaluate the application portfolio to identify opportunities to reduce redundancy, simplify the technology environment, and minimize technical debt.
Drive integration and interoperability across enterprise systems and platforms.
Data, Business Intelligence & Analytics
Provide leadership to the Data & BI team responsible for enterprise data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting.
Oversee Microsoft Fabric, SQL-based data infrastructure, data lake/warehouse environments, and related data platforms.
Lead the development and evolution of Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
Drive data integration, automation, and ETL/ELT initiatives.
Support advanced analytics initiatives, including Python/R-based analysis where appropriate.
Deliver accurate, actionable reporting aligned with key financial and operational KPIs.
Establish and maintain data governance standards covering data quality, definitions, ownership, and accessibility.
Enable self-service BI while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and confidence in enterprise data.
Technology Delivery, Support & Governance
Establish best practices for the full lifecycle of enterprise applications and data platforms, from implementation through ongoing support and optimization.
Develop scalable application support and service management processes, incorporating ITIL-aligned practices where appropriate.
Establish and maintain readiness for ISO 27001 requirements.
Develop meaningful KPIs and SLAs to measure application performance, service delivery, and support effectiveness.
Partner with cybersecurity and IT leadership to maintain appropriate security, compliance, and audit readiness across enterprise systems.
Manage relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, consultants, and third-party service providers.
Ensure technology initiatives are delivered effectively, with clear priorities, timelines, ownership, and measurable business outcomes.
Leadership & Business Partnership
Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Data & Enterprise Applications team.
Serve as a trusted technology advisor to business and executive leadership.
Translate business challenges and opportunities into practical technology solutions.
Build strong partnerships across Information Systems, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and executive leadership.
Lead organizational change and adoption efforts associated with new systems, processes, and technology initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
Help shape the organization's long-term technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive IT applications experience, including experience in leadership roles.
Strong ERP experience, with a preference for Infor XA, IBM i, or similar manufacturing-focused ERP platforms.
Demonstrated experience leading or making significant contributions to ERP implementations, upgrades, or major business transformations.
Experience supporting technology within a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of business processes across areas such as:
Finance and Accounting
Supply Chain and Procurement
Manufacturing and Operations
Inventory and Production
Strong knowledge of systems integration, enterprise applications, and data architecture.
Experience developing application support models, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps.
Experience managing technology vendors, system integrators, consultants, and offshore resources.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
