Hybrid position.
Job Duties:
Design and manage infrastructure supporting hospitality operations, property systems, and internal platforms
Maintain and support cloud environments (AWS preferred) and on-prem systems where applicable
Ensure uptime and performance for systems used by tenants, leasing, and property
management teams
Implement monitoring and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch
Manage and secure networking (VPCs, DNS, firewalls, access control)
Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform and scripting (Python/Bash)
Support integrations with property management systems, booking platforms, and
payment systems
Troubleshoot production issues impacting operations or tenant experience
Maintain data security, backups, and compliance standards
Collaborate with vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders
Minimum Education Requirement: This position requires, at least minimum, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, Industrial Engineering or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
