We are seeking an Application System Technical Analyst to support and maintain healthcare applications, including telehealth and clinical video solutions. This role involves configuring, testing, implementing, and optimizing systems while providing ongoing technical support. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth application performance across the full lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for healthcare applications
Configure, test, and implement systems including telehealth and clinical tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Manage small to mid-sized projects and support system integrations
Document workflows, develop test plans, and assist in user training
Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience or 4 years with ongoing bachelor's degree
Epic application certification (required)
Strong knowledge of system analysis, application support, and Microsoft 365 tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
