Environment: Court Audio Video broadcast/recording technology such as JAVS, BIS; hybrid meeting technology, such as Zoom; Document Management System, such as Courts MiFile solution, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and others. Ability to LEARN the MiFILE application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems.

Description:

Onsite position in the Troy District Court providing end user PC, software, and courtroom Audio Visual support and troubleshooting for Court staff and the public.

Duties: Respond to and resolve technical issues for court staff (including judges and judicial staff). Ability to LEARN the MiFILE application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems. Examples include stepping into a courtroom to troubleshoot AV or computer issues during court proceedings or helping staff with 'How do I...' questions. Interface with and escalate to Client IT team for advanced support.
