Job Title :Application Security Engineer
Location: : Cleveland OH/ Cincinnati OH/ Edison, NJ
Duration: 6-12 Months
Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hr (all Inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Application Security Engineer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge security solutions and contribute to the protection of our applications and systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in application security engineering, development, or systems engineering.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, C, and Python.
- Experience with Claude Code and security scans.
- Knowledge of build processes, GitLab pipelines, and application security products.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with cloud monitoring and Prisma migration activities.
- Familiarity with system integration, pipeline integration, and policy configuration.
- Experience in creating training and documentation for security products.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Setup and run Claude security scans.
- Assist with the design and implementation of jobs pipelines for security scans.
- Support onboarding and integration of new security products.
- Provide AppVR support and assist with cloud monitoring tasks.
