Title: Application Programmer

Location:Plano, Texas (Onsite)

Compensation
Pay Range:$47.04-$67.20/Hrs

Description
Requires strong project management, application management, and communication skills.
Ideal candidates have 3 years of experience as a business analyst or developer, preferably in the financial industry.
Must be highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Experience in managing multiple applications and mitigating risk is preferred.
Proficiency in compliance risk management and audit processes is desired.
Knowledge of the financial industry is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with development managers to manage application governance and business continuity planning.
Report metrics and summaries to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Autonomously manage application processes once knowledge transfer is completed.
Proactively manage application inventory and compliance risks.
Identify and escalate potential risks related to applications.
Work across organizational boundaries to achieve common goals.

Qualifications
4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Unix, CI/CD, and change management.
3 to 4 years of development, project management, or business analysis experience.
Strong knowledge of software change management and release processes.
Experience in supporting compliance, risk, and audit processes.
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology.
Banking domain knowledge is an advantage.
