Application Production Support

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for L1/L2 production support, incident management, problem management, change management including application deployments.
• Support data flows between Credit, Working Capital, Asset Finance, and Securitization applications and other upstream and downstream systems.
• Support Operations team for technical issues.
• Participate in the yearly Disaster Recovery, Liveplay, and Backup Recovery testing.
• Coordinate and fulfill project support tasks, as well as provide status reports.
• Provide expertise on production constraints and environment readiness.
• Maintain application and systems as per Information Security guidelines.
• Ensure data protection regulations are implemented from a data security standpoint.
• Maintain monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning of financing solutions applications components.
• Understand and document the technical process and data flows.
• Participate in the Change Control review meeting to ensure data quality and coordinate approvals.
• Manage the Cyberark bypass controls and assess for resolutions.
• Facilitate prioritization sessions with stakeholders to clearly rank tasks for focused execution and transparency.
• Industrialize legacy processes using AI.
