You will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of hydraulic systems, providing key technical expertise to our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Application Engineer, you will:

1. Develop and implement innovative hydraulic systems for heavy machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize manufacturing processes.
3. Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed designs and structural analyses of systems and components.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hydraulic systems and heavy machinery.
5. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify potential areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to the manufacturing team, including training on new systems and processes.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in hydraulic systems and heavy machinery.
8. Ensure all designs and processes comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Application Engineer position will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in hydraulic systems design and implementation, preferably in the manufacturing industry. At least 1 year of experience with Railcar
3. Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD (3D 2005 and higher) software.
4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and heavy machinery.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
6. A strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
