We're seeking an Application Development and Business Intelligence Manager to join our team in Durham! Data collection, analysis, and reporting are critical to our success. We are passionate about using data to measure the effectiveness of our impact on individuals and communities, to guide our designs on new financial product innovations, and to benchmark operational efficiencies. This manager will lead other developers that support business and operational teams with these challenges and will have a meaningful impact on the growth and effectiveness of the organization. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising and participating in the development and support of a critical insourced business intelligence database. You will work in a supportive and collaborative team environment that promotes individual growth.
