Introduction

The role involves collaborating with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver robust financial planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities that align with enterprise performance management goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS / PBCS (Cloud EPM Planning).
• Strong understanding of EPM Cloud configuration, data management, and security setup.
• Experience in developing business rules (Calc Manager, Groovy scripting).
• Proficiency with Smart View, EPM Automate, and Data Management tools.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Knowledge of driver-based modeling and scenario planning.
• Experience in supporting FP&A or corporate finance functions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Design and implement Oracle EPBCS modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, Strategic Modeling).
• Manage data flows between EPBCS, ERP systems, and other data sources.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
