Description
Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Analyze and improve current system architecture for enhanced performance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect software solutions to meet business requirements.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for project needs.
Implement best practices for software development and deployment.
Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects on time.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
Experience with cloud technologies and solutions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
