Description
Design and scale a next-generation Document AI platform for the financial industry.
Lead the architecture of solutions for document classification, data extraction, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Ensure performance, compliance, and auditability in a highly regulated environment.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to deliver safe, scalable AI.
Key Responsibilities
Architect enterprise AI solutions for classification, extraction, and QA over large document sets.
Build and optimize pipelines with embeddings, databases, and rerankers.
Partner with infrastructure teams to deploy on specialized hardware clusters.
Drive model risk management, including explainability and audit trails.
Create architecture diagrams, technical documents, and executive presentations.
Qualifications
8 years in software/solution architecture, with 3 in AI/ML or related fields.
Hands-on experience with large language models and vector search technologies.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python.
Experience with GPU optimization, cloud-native deployment, and MLOps.
Strong communication skills, able to present to executives.
