Summary:

  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Duration: June 15-December 18 to cover a LOA
  • Must work Monday – Friday 8-5 PST

Responsibilities:

  • Support AP Claims, CRM, and a bit of UM.
  • Analyze and design system workflow and business process flow.
  • Work collaboratively with business owners, team members, and management.

Requirements:

  • Must be Tapestry Certified with at least 6 years of configuration experience.
  • Proficiency with information systems technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, internet, and other systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare information technology, computer science, or related area, and/or equivalent combination of experience/training.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Broad and/or in-depth knowledge of multiple areas of focus in application specialty areas.
  • Ability to research, organize, analyze, and synthesize data to support effective decision-making.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing tasks.
  • Effective teamwork and leadership skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly.
