We are seeking a motivated, skilled or entry Level Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in Rochester, NH. Whether you already have a passion for fixing appliances or you're looking to kick-start a new career, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including items like refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances are functioning efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools necessary for repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA 608 Type 1 (Dont have it? We can help!)
- Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or similar role preferred.
- Multimeter, welding/brazing, and schematic exposure a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.
