What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage parts and maintain your service vehicle
- Recommend helpful solutions to customers
What You’ll Need
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Type I or Universal Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift, move, and work in a physically active environment
- Appliance repair experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
