Job Responsibilities
Appliance Delivery & Installation
- Deliver and install residential appliances safely and professionally
- Install washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, refrigerators, and microwaves
- Remove and haul away old appliances
- Protect customer homes during deliveries and installations
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Ensure appliances are level, functioning properly, and clean upon completion
Warehouse & Inventory Support
- Organize warehouse inventory and appliance storage areas
- Load and unload appliances safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and warehouse
- Track inventory and assist with appliance movement and staging
- Help process incoming and outgoing appliances and parts
Technician Support
- Assist repair technicians with heavy lifting or moving appliances
- Help with appliance pickups, shop organization, and miscellaneous operational tasks
- Support overall daily workflow and efficiency
Requirements
- Valid California Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances daily
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to follow company procedures and instructions consistently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic hand tool experience
- Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision
Preferred Experience
- Appliance installation experience
- Delivery or moving experience
- Warehouse experience
- Appliance repair knowledge is a plus but not required
