The ANF IT DCAMM Support Team is seeking a skilled, versatile, and hands-on IT Lead who will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of various technology systems within DCAMM. This role balances strategic planning with practical technical responsibilities. The IT Lead is an integral part of the team, providing guidance and support to the IT team, assisting with troubleshooting issues, developing solutions, and implementing best practices across hardware, software, and network infrastructures, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations.
The IT Lead will also foster productive relationships with stakeholders, such as:
• Business Units within DCAMM to ensure technology initiatives align with organizational goals • EOTSS to ensure systems reliability and operational security • SaaS Solution Providers by managing vendor performance, coordinating integrations, and ensuring solutions align with business and technical requirements • ANF IT Enterprise Support Teams for continuous improvement across IT services
A familiarity with network support is also desired for this position to support DCAMM as Building Management Systems are migrated onto the Commonwealths One Network.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of various technology systems within DCAMM • Provide guidance and support to the IT team • Assist with troubleshooting issues and develop solutions • Implement best practices across hardware, software, and network infrastructures • Foster productive relationships with stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of the following experience:
• At least three years of full-time or equivalent part-time professional or practical experience in the field of information technology application development and support • Any equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions below
Substitutions:
• An Associates degree in a related field may substitute for one year of the required experience • A Bachelors degree or higher in a related field may substitute for two years of the required experience • A Masters degree or higher in a related field may substitute for the required experience
