App Dev Consultant (Genesys Cloud CX, IVR)
The Technology Consultant I serves as a senior subject?matter expert for Genesys Cloud CX and its App Foundry ecosystem (e.g., Google Agent Assist, Google DialogFlow, Cobrowse.io). Positioned within a high?impact internal consulting team, the role drives strategic technical direction, designs end-to-end contact-center solutions, and leads integration, automation, and AI initiatives that enhance customer experience across omnichannel touchpoints.
