Backed by proven leadership, an impressive project backlog, and an entrepreneurial culture, the company offers employees direct access to decision-makers, significant autonomy, and exceptional opportunities for advancement.Job DescriptionPosition HighlightsLocation: Gainesville, VAProject Type: Hyperscale Data CentreKey ResponsibilitiesSupport project leadership in the execution of a hyperscale data centre fit-out project.Coordinate RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, material tracking, and project documentation.Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and closeout activities.Participate in owner, architect, and contractor meetings and distribute meeting minutes.Manage subcontractor communications, onboarding requirements, and contract administration.Assist in procurement efforts including bid solicitation, scope development, and proposal support.Monitor project financial performance, forecasts, change orders, accounts payable, and billing.Maintain project documentation within Procore and other project management platforms.Support site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards.Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Contribute to business development efforts and help expand the firm's presence within the data centre market.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
