Apartment Make Ready Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled Apartment Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately!

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess vacant units for necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform touch-up painting as required.
• Coordinate with property management on maintenance priorities for unit readiness.
• Document work completed and report issues with vacant unit to management.

Qualifications:

• Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
