We're hiring an APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (FULL TIME) Year-round Stable Work, M-F Schedule!
join our awesome team in Topeka Kansas at Villa West Apartments. This hands on job will deal with make-readies, work-orders, grounds, and shared on-call (every 3rd week).

SCHEDULE:
M-F Daytime Hours 8AM-5PM (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays)
No Weekends, On-call 1x every 3 weeks
PAY:
$18-21 an hour (full-time) depending on experience
Full benefit package with bonuses and a 20% rent discount (see all the cool benefits below)
BONUSES POTENTIAL:
Up to $750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance) $3,000 a year!
$100 for every week you hold the on-call phone and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency calls
