Flynn Management is looking for a Part Time Maintenance Technician for our apartment communities in Monticello, Florida.
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of similar experience, be self-motivated, able to work independently, and own tools. Must have knowledge and hands-on experience of electrical carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and overall general repair knowledge.
Shift is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with a 12-hour lunch plus on-call availability for emergency needs. Please respond with your current resume and any other relevant information.
Must have a drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage. All applicants will be required to pass a basic maintenance exam. We require references from prior supervisors.
All applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15 per hour (DOE) We provide masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer to all employees.
