Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Fairfield Apartments, a 337-unit community in Little Rock. What You'll Be Doing

  • Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
  • Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
  • Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
  • Interior/exterior painting and repairs
  • Maintain grounds and common areas
  • Conduct preventative maintenance
  • Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 3 weeks)

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of apartment or general maintenance experience
  • HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
  • Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry, drywall & painting
  • Water heater systems (gas & electric)
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
  • Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM + on-call rotation
