Flynn Management is looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Lake Butler and Hawthorne, Florida.
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of similar experience, be self-motivated, able to work independently, and own tools. Must have knowledge and hands-on experience of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and overall general repair knowledge.
Shift could be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at Forest Park, and Tuesday and Thursday at Washington Square. The working hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. On-call availability is also required for emergency needs.
