Monarch Investment & Management Group is looking for a skilled, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team at Olde Towne Village Apartments in Clarksville, IN. What We Offer
- $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
- Quarterly bonuses up to $3,000 per year
- On-call pay: $100/week + minimum 1.5 hours per call

What You'll Be Doing
- Knock out work orders efficiently and safely
- Turn units and get them ready for new residents
- Handle painting, drywall, and general carpentry
- Take care of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Help maintain the property inside and out
- Be part of the on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of general maintenance experience
- Comfortable with drywall, painting, and basic repairs
- Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical
- Some HVAC and water heater experience is a plus
- Good communication and a solid customer service mindset
- Someone dependable who shows up ready to work and solve problems
You'll be asked to demonstrate basic maintenance skills during the interview
