Apartment Maintenance Technician–City of Pittsburgh

 

East Liberty/Lawrenceville, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Daylight Hours

 

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour; Depending on experience

The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible forbasic property and maintenance repairs as well as cleaning of common areas and vacant apartments.

Requirements for the Apartment Maintenance Technician:

 

  • Must have a minimum of one year of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Have basic computer skills (email, web searching, Microsoft Outlook). Ability to use position specific software systems.
  • Driver’s license preferred but not required.
  • Be able to effectively interact with all visitors, residents, and staff.
