Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician (Non-Certified) to join our team in Lakewood, CA. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining properties or facilities to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, etc.)
• Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with unit turns, minor renovations, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must provide own tools
• Previous maintenance experience preferred (apartment, residential, or commercial)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as required
