We're Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) - JOIN A TOP 10 NATIONAL COMPANY

Location: 21 South at Parkview Apartments, Baton Rouge

Pay: $19-23/hour + Bonuses $3,000+ a year

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5PM with on-call rotation every other week

What You'll Be Doing

Completing work orders efficiently and professionally
Preparing units between residents (make-readies)
Painting, staining, and light carpentry
Preventative maintenance and exterior repairs
Occasional on-call coverage (just one property!)
Supporting housing inspections and safety protocols

Skills We're Looking For

2+ years of general maintenance experience
6+ months apartment maintenance experience
Basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills
HVAC repair experience and EPA certification
Pool experience and CPO certification preferred
Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset
Willingness to complete basic safety training within 30 days

A hands-on skills demo will be part of the interview process.
