Property Maintenance, Maintenance Services, Carpentry, Maintenance - Plumbing, Maintenance - Appliances, Plumbing, Groundskeeping, Painting, HVAC, Maintenance - HVAC, Maintenance - Electrical, Landscaping,
- Previous Apartment Maintenance or related experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall and appliance repair
- HVAC Certification a Plus
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as climbing a ladder, bending and standing for extended periods
- Must pass a criminal back ground test and drug screen
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in occupied and vacant apartments
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electricial, HVAC, appliances and carpentry issues
- Complete workorders in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare vacant units for new Residents
- Maintain property grounds and common areas
- Follow Safety policies and procedures
