Position Details:
Role: Maintenance Supervisor
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-Call: 1 week every 2 weeks
Pay: $25 - $27/hr (DOE) + On-Call bonus + Quarterly Bonus
Location: 3000 W Douglas Ave, Wichita, KS 67203

What You'll Be Doing:
Handle daily work orders based on priority
Make-Readies & Unit Turns
Interior/Exterior Painting & Staining
️ HVAC & Ventilation Tasks
Grounds Maintenance
Preventative Maintenance
Keep work areas neat and organized
Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation
What You'll Need:
️ 3+ years of general maintenance experience
️ HVAC Certification (Required)
️ EPA License (Preferred)
️ CPO Certification (Preferred)
️ Skilled in:
️ A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview.
