NOW HIRING: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor - Topeka Hands-on. HVAC-savvy. Ready to lead.
PAY: $27-30 an hour + quarterly bonuses up to $1000 a quarter
LOCATION: Crown Colony Apartments (220 apartments)
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8-5PM
On-call once every 3 weeks ($100 bonus every week you're on-call plus a minimum 1.5 hours for an emergency)
