Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team at a residential community in St. Louis, MO. This role offers competitive pay ($27–$29/hour), a $1,500 sign-on bonus, quarterly bonuses up to $4,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and rent discounts. The supervisor will prioritize work requests, oversee unit turn processes, coordinate with management on budgets, and implement preventative maintenance. Requirements include 2+ years of maintenance experience (preferably multifamily), HVAC expertise, and leadership skills. Preferred certifications are EPA and CPO. Skills in drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and water heater repair are essential. A physical skills demonstration will be part of the interview process.
